Fortis: incompétence dommageable ou malheureux concours de circonstance?
Anne HELDENBERGH and Alain FINET
In this book, Anne Heldenbergh and Alain Finet analyse in retrospect the decision-making process of leaders which was, according to them, stongly influenced "by rationality which should have prevailed based on the following underlying issues: the meglomaniac dreams of building a business empire, an attitude to the creation of market value, and an oversized ego lubricated by heightened media coverage".
