Master's Degree in Management - 60 credits - "After hours" in Charleroi - Executive Program

General description

The 60-credit "after-hours" master's degree programme in management gives participants the opportunity to broaden their professional horizons by completing their initial training with a degree or to advance in their career, even taking on new responsibilities in their company. This programme is especially appropriate for people who are already actively involved in professional life.

Profile of the programme

A preparatory year, in some cases, followed by this one-year master's programme in Charleroi has been providing a solid education in management for 30 years. This programme is based on traditional classes (finance, business management, human resources, public finance and budgetary control, etc.) and a thesis. An entrepreneurship option gives students the opportunity to work on an individual project with the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key learning outcomes

After completing this curriculum, graduates will be able to:

  • join any organisation, be it commercial, industrial or neither, and take part in its management and development at the national or international level, working in finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, international business, etc.
  • reason with the necessary rigour by applying their knowledge to various fields of management
  • apply interdisciplinary skills: independence, rigour, group work, oral presentations, research, etc.
  • create their own business.

Occupational profiles of graduates

The 60-credit "after-hours" master’s degree in management does not necessarily lead to direct employability but gives full access to the 120-credit master's degree programme in management with one additional year of study.
